Cacao ~ Connection ~ Yoga

Service Description

Join Sarah and Kasey for a heart opening and empowering afternoon designed to guide you into deep connection to yourself and other women in the community. Kasey will be guiding us through a heart opening cacao ceremony using high quality, ceremonial-grade cacao. Sarah will follow with an empowering traditional Vinyasa Yoga flow ending with a healing heart chakra sound bath with Kasey.
